New... issues with install

Okay.... I recently ditched SMF for vB and SMF was SO much easier lol what is this message all about

I filled out the config file but I'm getting these issues.

Configuration: includes/config.php does not exist. Please fill out the data in config.php.new and rename it to config.php

No error is showing, its asking for your customer number, i cant see beyond that point.
