Can't reply to some threads?

How come I can't reply to some threads?

I see others can so I should be able to as well no?

This is what I get.

R1lover, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

In the request paid, no one may replied, except for moderators, and administrator.

In this case, the thread wasn't posted in that category till a staffed moved it.

Yes, EvilAkuma is correct. No one can reply to any paid service request threads except the original author and staff.

kind of a typo here... i would say "reply to" ... as we can apply, these are jobs.. lol

Thanks guys, that's what I thought but then saw another reply to it, it didn't hit me that someone could have replied before moving the thread to that section. :)
