how do i restore a backup ?

maybe its a kind of a noob question, but i didnt figured it out yet.so...how do i do it ? i made a Database backup out of the Maintenance menu in the admin cp. But there is no option to RESTORE a vbulletin backuped database :confused:

any hint would be really appreciated.
