Stop website from expanding or correct header with some type of code.

What I am using screen resolution 1280 by 960 pixeis my header does not fit the website...
Is there a way that I can correct this issue or is there a code to make the website itself not expand any information would be greatly appreciated..

This is my website take a look and you can see what I'm talking about in the header if you set your resolution to the setting specified above..

you have a fluid style - look for a fixed width version of the same style (960px wide)

your style will expand and contract when people resize their browser too. hence 'fluid' not fixed.
