PM saved folder

I know this was in vB 2.x.x, but is there an option for vBulletin 3.5+ to be able to create folders within your PM box?

Yes. Go to your PMs and on the left under Private Messages look for "Track Messages" and under that you will see the "Edit Folders" link.
