Fatal error?

I'm getting this error lately:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 1572864) (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in... : eval()'d code on line 239

Is this a problem with my host, or vBulletin?

It's a problem with your server that only your host can fix (unless you have ssh access to your server).

You seem to have cut off the error not sure how/why but if you post the full error you might get a better response. It may also be that you have installed a modification which is in-efficient, I would try testing it will all most disabled see if that makes a difference. If not then you can do what Lynne suggested.
