Hello i have a problem ....

I was wondering how i can put up these links to my forum that will navigate towards my pictures, videos, and stores page. Because since my web developer put these links my forum comes out with no spaces and it messes up the layout as you can see here: http://community.rrokdoka.org

Now i went back to the header template and reverted the template and it was fine and dandy but it took out everything that i had in the header. So is there something wrong with the code i am using that makes it come out compressed like that? Here is the code that i'm using for the header template:
