Adding a poll into a side bar

Im looking to add a poll into one of the side bars...is there a mod out for creating poll's using the adminCP ?

Is thare another way to display a poll in a side bar ?

I am also looking for this - the vbadvanced poll module on just its on would be good but I don't want to have every other thing as well with it
