Need the do_not_upload folder

I posted this on vb.com, and thought that I would ask here as well.

I'm not the owner of the site I work at, but I am the admin there. I fubared on a hack I was working on, and I found that I wasn't able to access the admin cp (it's not even at the bottom of the page). I understand that I need the tools.php file to fix it, but I don't have it. What do I do?

Do you have access to download the vbulletin software (I would guess you do as the admin)? Just download the software package and it is in there.

Nobody can sent their files to you, each file is tailored for the license-id upon download from the Members' Area.
