When trying to install a theme

Hello i wonder if you can help me

Each time i try and install a theme

it comes up with this error

XML Error: not well-formed (invalid token) at Line 1

i wonder if anyone could maybe shed some light on this error :D

How are you installing it? Are you using download/upload themes? It seems like you're either installing it as a product, or not picking the skin XML when importing the theme itself.

i found out what i was doing wrong :D

i was trying to upload the whole ZIP folder then i phoned someone and he told me how to do it the correct way :D
