You want another page in front on the vBA page? If so see this: How to create your own vBulletin-powered page! (uses vB templates) (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=62164).

You need to check with vbadvanced.com how to change the vBA from being the index page. Then you can rename your custom page as index.php.
