I would like to have a duplicate of the navbar underneath the bottom post of the thread.
- I am not sure what that piece of code is called, so I'm having trouble locating it in the templates
- I am not sure what piece of code sticks the footer on threads. In particular, I'd like to put it near where the "Post Reply" button and "Previous Thread/Next Thread" appear.
