how do i change the forum header to my own instead of the vbulletin one?
Upload your header file to the <forum root>/images/misc folder.

Then in the AdminCP.


Select Styles & Templates -> Style Manager.
For the style you want to change the header on, select All Style Options from the dropdown list to the right of the style you want to change the forum header/logo.
In the Image Paths section, alter the Title Image path.
Click on Save.

Refresh forum, logo should be changed.

That's probably the right way to do it, but I'm not that smart. I just look around at the images included with a skin until I find the logo, then change it.

Then again, you may be meaning something else entirely by "Forum Header".
