How to turn word censor completely off.

I would like to know how to turn the word censor in vBulletin completely off. I tried turning it off via the admin control panel (I am the admin), but even after turning it to off, and even after deleting the default words in it, it still censors.

Is there something simple that I am overlooking, perhaps?

I am running version 3.6.8 with patch 2.

Do you mean it still censors existing posts? or on newly posted replies?
