2 Forums in 1

Is there anyway to integrate 2 different forums into one? So they look the same, same login, same user names, just different sections?

If it appears as 2 forums to the visitors, then it will require 2 licenses.

No 2 vbulletin installs, 2 licenses, every thing the same on both except the sections.
