VBulletin search error ?

Is there a problem with the VBorg search ? I've tried searching on several occasions and get an error as shown below. The term I just searched for was 'who has read a thread'.

You have words in there that are 3 or less letters. Try just searching on "thread"

The Continue Search (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=151675) mod will help this odd behavior (and odder error message) on your own forum.

Although this is caused by mysql and not vbulletin, I can't help you with vb.org. I don't understand why such an odd behavior and totally inaccurate error message wouldn't be dealt with immediately as a bug.
