Hello,
i have moved my complete server and also the arcade works fine again.
But some users now have a problem. They can star a game, but the area, where the flash-game should appear, just stays white/blank.
The Window itself loads, but the area where you plan stays white. If he logs in with another useraccount on the same browser-windows, the other user can play. I have double checked the permissions for the user and the usergroup... Nothing.
Any ideas & help would be appreciated. :)

Positive :)
Currently, i've got this error-message from just ONE.
He has deleted his cache and when loggin in with another username from the same machine, the games are working. I was searching for "blank" and "white" here and saw, that some users have some different issues with blank pages (but not with blank flash areas). I'm a bit confused about this one and would be happy about some ideas.
It started with the new server.
Best regards, Wachtmeister

Well, as this only affects ONE user, and seems not to be a problem of his client/browser (as he can play fine using another useraccount), I have absolutely no idea what this could be.
Have YOU tried to play a game using the users account, means you log in as this user and then play... ?

Yes, we tried it today and i cannot play with his account so it has something to do with this one useraccount... Strange! Ok, not an Arcade Problem. You don't have an idea, where i can search, right?
I also tried to repair useraccounts via vbadmincp...

We've got it!
The user had an "?" in his username and i guess the db import caused a problem with the utf-8 characters that the new database used. I had to convert the chars with a tool.
Now his name contains an "ae" instead "?" and it works.
Not an Arcade Issue :)
