Nope, sorry, I don't. However, it isn't hard to imagine.
Users with gallery uploads have one line added to their postbit, and two to their profile.
Say they had 5 uploads and have been registered for 10 days, they would have :
"Gallery Uploads: 5" in their postbit. (under their post count)
"Total Gallery Uploads: 5 (0.5 per day)" in their profile. (under their post count)

Thank you, and nice job with the template modifications :)
I like the way you use "../" in your link to avoid making installers specify the URLs manually.
Personally, I always like to specify the absolute URL, because I have different bits of my vB install in different folders, and this means that relative URLs can end up giving 404 errors.
Your version is probably better for sites with little customization.
I also used the member.php? link because I wanted to display a link to a search page that lists *all* their photos, not just the ones they've put in the member gallery. Your version might well be better for sites which don't have other categories beyond the 'member galleries' one.

Is there anyway to show the total number of photos from all cats and all members?

won't this do the same without using the add-on?
<if condition="$post[ppicount] != '0'">
<div class="smallfont"><a href="http://www.yoursite.com/gallery/browseimages.php?do=member&imageuser=$post[userid]">
Gallery: $post[ppicount]
</a></div></if>

IIRC, there's an option in PhotoPost which causes a user's post count on the forums to be incremented every time they upload a new image to the gallery. If you have this enabled, and are deleting images, it might explain why post counts are going down.
Check that this isn't the case. If it isn't, I'll investigate the hack.
Also... if you want support... sending me a PM is a better idea, because I notice those a lot faster!

I'm not sure why, but on my VB, it all works except the "... gallery posts per day". The number is not calculated and leaves a blank. Any thoughts related to this?
I also had to modify the the memberinfo from table-based to list-based, as I guess the template was changed since this addon was created.

With 3.7 how would you set this up in the Membersinfo area? I'm not finding $userinfo[posts] in that template.

In the template "memberinfo_block_statistics", after:
<li><span class="shade">$vbphrase[total_posts]:</span> $prepared[posts]</li>
<li><span class="shade">$vbphrase[posts_per_day]:</span> $prepared[postsperday]</li>
<li><span class="shade">$vbphrase[total_threads]:</span>
Add:
<li><span class="shade">$vbphrase[total_ppuploads]:</span>$userinfo[ppuploads]</li>
