signature questions from a noob

Hello!
I have a simple simple question about signatures!

All my permissions are correct for each usergroup, and they are set to yes in vbulletin options. When I click on a users profile, it shows the signature. The signature does not show in threads or in the actual forum though. I cannot figure it out!

Check your User CP options to see if you have them turned off there.

They are turned on and check marked.
I think it is a forum display issue?
