vb.org installed hack?

I've been searching around for something exactly like vb.org's installed mod. Has anyone seen a hack where users can click the phrase like "mark as installed" and it adds to the total number of "installed" or whatever the phrase may be.

But it's way more then I need and I don't know if I can disable the rest of the features.

vBulletin.org's modification has not been released and probably never will be. The closest thing to it is Ziki's modiication.
