Blank page after score submission (score does submit properly)

I installed this on 3.7 Beta 3 and didn't have any problems with the install or use, except one. When the game ends and the score submits, the page is blank/white. The score actually does submit but it lands on this page (which is just a white screen) --> http://www.my-domain-name.com/forums/index.php?act=Arcade&do=newscore

Is there a setting or something I need to change so that it will show the top scores once the users score is submitted?

any SEO running/active ?

I re-uploaded and chmod all the files and now get a 500 error when loading the arcade. I'm not running and SEO.

Hmm, still not working. I un-installed/deleted everything and started over. Same result. :(
