Member info not showing up in profile

Here is a copy of the members information that came in as they registered,
Real Name : Jane
Location : Shickshinny
Biography : mom of three
Interests : Love to drive my Mustang, photography, art, music and cooking
Occupation : Customer service representative at an insurance co.
Year : 2005
Model : Mustang GT Premium

Yet when I check their profile in the Additional Information section it just says,
Additional Information
N/A


Any ideas of why it is not showing up? Some show up and some dont. Does every feild have to be filled in for it to show up?

My bad, 3.6.8pl2 and the hacks that are installed dont really affect the member profile other then I edited it to show the members photogallery if they have one.

Also, checked with my original unedited style and it is the same thing.

Have you checked the User Profile Field settings to make sure they aren't private fields? Also, are the fields assigned to a User Profile Field Category?

They are the original feilds such as location and interests. They are not private yet they do not show up.
