Where to edit the colors for these?

I figured out the rest but I cant find where to edit the colors for this part of the skin which are in blue..

Notice all the forum tools color and nav bar color. I cant find the section where I change the color. Thanks...

Sorry if I am piggy backing, but also being able to change the color of the little buttons that control the closing of a certain forum section on the main forum page. That would be awesome to change. They are still the same blue.

DAGReplace these files in your images/buttons folder with alternate images with the same file name:

collapse_tcat_collapsed.gif
collapse_thread.gif
collapse_thread_collapsed.gif

Click on the skin you want to edit & go to: Toolbar Menu Options

and thats where you would edit you skin for that area.

and for the images thats the actual bar follow the previous directions.

See my example for my skin that I customized the entire CSS & the images as well.
