Is there a mod that prevents users from deleting PM's?

Why would yo uwant to stop users from deleting PM's, do you plan on allowing unlimited PM's for users, seeing as your not going to allow them to delete them?

Ya really. Much bigger trick to get them to delete PMs so their new PMs don't bounce.
