Just had my forum re-designed yesterday. Would appreciate any feedback,good or bad.

It's pretty good... I'd have to say that I prefer the old style over the new. The old one just looks better to me. I'm not too sure what the image behind that bodybuilder is.. as well the musclemecca.com at the top left doesn't stand out too much to me.

You need to set the width for the lastpost column. too. ;)

I honestly liked the old one better. Your current header is seems sorta out of place with only that one reference to body building, the rest seems sort of like a bad GFX site header logo.

The no new posts icon is a bit odd as well, and I'd try to shade a different color for the new posts icon :)

The image in the footer to register is distorted and should be shrunk back down to original size, or a new one made :)
