tagging system

is tagging system a default feature of vbullletein.

I tried a demo account and saw no tagging system.

tagging is included and default feature of the new version that is actually in beta stage...(3.7 beta 4)

are the tags saved along with the forumid?

is it possible to show tag cloud from only one forum.

means if I have two forums cats and dogs if tags are saved along with their forum id it is possible to show tag cloud from only one forum cats.

how are tags saved in vb? are they saved along with their forum id?
