Mod ported to vbulletin?

Does anyone know if the following mod can be ported to vb ?

This is a "projects" module that i used for php nuke. It was created by NukeScriptsNetwork if your a former nuker, they are fairly popular releasing free phpnuke scripts.

Alot different than vbprojects, but basic enough for newbies to use with ease.

Basically only displays a little centered block with various info about current projects you may be working on etc...
