A. No. Any measure you put in place can be easily circumvented. Welcome to the World wide web!

You might be able to disable the right click with something like this:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex9/noright.htm
- Edit: doesn't work properly in FF

But it can be gotten around really easy and will likely annoy a lot of your members.

If people want to copy something, they will.

And, don't forget they can just email the page to themselves, or save the page locally in their browser and then copy it.

save yourself some time and stop trying to prevent people from "right click"

those who steal will always find a way to get what they want

I can't stress that enough, some people like to use their right click menu (Copy Link Locations, Open links in new tabs/Windows). :p
