Header stuff

I know this forum I'm about to link doesn't use vbulletin but I was wondering how I could achieve what they have done in terms of layout by using a consistant header than allows you to switch between the forum and 'front page' easily.

Also what program they are likely to have done the whole design in?

Open up your header template, copy everything in that, paste it into your header area of pages you want to show it on.

You'll have to change some image paths more then likely, but it should be to hard

Sorry forgot to say I don't own the site I linked so I don't think im able to copy their header template?

I guess i'd have to make a new one, hence wondering how I would go about that
