I get this error every time I make a post + when I try to delete one:

Have you tried downloading a new version of this file from vBulletin.com? (which is appropriate for your installed version.) If you have, do you still get this error? If you haven't then try overwriting this file with a new one from vBulletin.com.

What is on that line? (Open it in a text editor and find the line and paste it here)
