Background style changes for header & Navbar

I'm using an image for the background for the header, footer, and navbar. How can you make it a continuous image instead starting again with each divider

Example

Image starts in "User CP" starts again in "FAQ" and again in "Memberslist" I want to have one continuous image across the entire bar
