Altering the header link - how?

At one point I managed to edit the header to remove the Links, Members List, Calendar, Today's Posts, etc, but I can't remember how to do this.

I know this is a dumb question, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

navbar template by the default vb style, if you have a custom skin, it could be in the header template.
