ok i have searched and searched for days and weeks looking for a add-on for the MOTM system(like the one used on this board) has anyone made one? If so please point me in the right direction.

Many of the mods used on this site will not be released by the vb.org people. There have been users who have written similar mods and they are released. The best you may be able to do is find a similar mod and change it for your own purposes.

i haven't even found one that was similar

I testing a similar one but is for staff ,member and uploader of the month .there are few out there just need to search on google.
