how to create restriction to vote in a poll?

is it possible? Maybe have like 20 posts or be registered for 30 days.
I have a lot of fakes/spammers signing up to spam a poll and its just ruining everything:down:

Yup, you need to make 2 usergroups for normal registered users. The first do not allow to set on polls, the second do allow. I call them "Junior Registered" and "Registered"

Then setup an automatic promotion where X posts promotes a user from Junior to Normal.
