Looking for a mod... Images in Forum Titles

I've searched forum title, image forum title, icon forum title, and can't find what I'm looking for...

I'm looking for a mod (i swear i've seen it before).. that allows me to put images in my forum titles ... not category icons.. actually in my forum titles..

If anyone has heard of such a thing, please let me know!!! I'd like to liven up my forum a little..
