Uploading Skin to vBulletin 3.6.8

Okay, this may seem pretty basic for most of you but I'm pretty new at this, so here goes.

I am trying to upload a new skin. It says that I need to upload to the 'Images' file in my 'Main Forum Directory'
I don't understand where my 'Main Forum Directory' is.
I have the 'upload' files from my skin, but I don't know how to get them to that directory.
