reply to see attachment isn't effective

If you look at the attached pic you can see that if you click on the attachment icon it will open even if no one replied. Any solutions?

Well, that pic just says there is an attachment, it doesn't care if there are any replies or not. I believe that is how it is supposed to function. What do you want it to do instead?

I have a mod called" Can't see attachment till you reply" but a member pointed out that if anyone clicked this icon, he can download attachment without replying. Got it? So I am saying the mod can't stop this so no need to install it.

If someone can move this to the right place, please do. Thanks.

Well, the right place for this question is in the modification hack, but I don't think a mod is going to go merge this thread with it.

I would go post in the mod thread. It sounds like maybe you forgot a template edit or you had your template modified already so his template mod didn't work.
