Image resizer

I need an image resizer for my forum. I do not allow direct upload to the forum, they have to use ImG tags to post a photo from another server... is there a mod that add to my forum that will resize their images. I have tried the Java script resizer with no luck

any ideas or help appreciated

Wow, you dont think I already did that.. come on man. I have my own forum.. anyways.. any others out there
