ERROR Premature end of script headers:

this is what I get when I type in the arcade.php link. This is the error that show up on my control panel error logs.
Premature end of script headers: /home/******/public_html/arcade.php

I have been over this and over it and cant find my mistake. I had this fixed this am but messed up when converting and now I am completely lost.

Anyone with any suggestions? :)
