I'd like to add a scrolling textbox that scrolls through the most recent posts. The following URL has an example, but it does not explain how to install it.

Any information would be greatly appreciated! Also, if there's a way to put the scrolling textbox into the left-hand margin of my page instead of across the top that would be preferred.
