Post On Registration

Hey,

Does anyone know the mod that when a user register, in the registration forum it has a small area where they can say alittle about them, and once they register they post?

Heres a example:

Or does this not require a hack/mod?

I didn't think so, so there has to be a mod/hack for it...haven't found one yet
