Help with skin

Currently I am running this style for my skin for vbulletin 3.5

I absolutly love this skin and would love it if someone could upgrade this into a 3.6.8 skin. This is the only reason why i havent upgraded to a new vbulletin because i really liked this skin.

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Or ieven if you could make a skin that is similar that would be awesome.
