I was looking around for a mod this morning, and found it. The Moderation Auto-PM Mod (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=115677) is absolutely PERFECT for what I need. I mean it's so painful that it's perfect that the fact it's listed in the graveyard and undownloadable made me just want to go like this:

What I'm asking here is either:
a) Has anyone created a mod that matches that one functionally? The list of what it can do is perfect. If so, which one?
b) Can I still download it somewhere?
c) How can I contact the author?
d) Would someone be willing to replicate the functionality of that?
I googled for the mod, and found it for DL in a few places, but on sites that I quite frankly don't think I should trust a download from, if you catch my meaning.
