I change templates and add some tabels in databass

and I want to reset form as 1st time I install it

You want to put all the templates back to how the board was when you first 'made' it? Then you want to Revert your templates. You click on the template that was modified (usually in red) and click on Revert. However, please note that once you Revert the template, you cannot Undo what you did and your old changes will not be saved.
