avatar overlapping

Hi!
is there a way to make every avatar have a size limit so it doesn't overlap like it does in the picture?
also see where the animated member sign is and see how there's an arrow pointing right under the user's name?
how do i get the animated member sign under neath the users name?
i know there simple questions but I'm kinda new to this still...
