Is there a list of the mods used by vb.org forum?

I'm searching the mod in use for the "mod" section to make the first post visible in every page... Is this (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=156141&highlight=first+post)?

Most modifications used on vBulletin.org are custom and not released to public.

Although some have been released to the public by Princeton, the creator of some of the modifications. Also, many vBulletin.org features have been duplicated and released by other members.

Most of the ones released, as they said have been released by Princeton. Or duplicated exactly by other members. For example, these have been released and are used here:

Private message alert pop up
Posting rules near editor
PM quick reply
Unread announcements
vBulletin.org info panel
Signature permissions display
Smilies below editor...

etc

what about the hack/mods function?
Is there a public release for something like that? We have a section on our board that could use something like that.

I believe that Ziki once created a modification that duplicates it, but the vBulletin.org version has not been released.

If you are going to use a hack database, I would suggest using GARS and then the addon for that. That would be the best one out there.

whitemike can you point me to GARS's hack? Can't seem to find what you are referring to?

Thanks nexialys.

I really wish vBulletin.org would look at selling the code around their "Mods" section as I'm sure people would be interested in paying a small sum for something like this. Its exactly what I'm looking for and the other Mods mentioned in this thread don't come close to what this board has.

vBulletin.org is all about sharing for free, so the chance that we will sell our scripts is almost zero. ;)

Most of the modifications we are using are tied together on several levels and include functions that would be useless to others. For this reason a lot of the internal modifications are not released.

Damn, there goes my retirement fund ;)

Indeed, many involve licensed/unlicensed checks and code for multiple mods included in the same files and plugins. It would just not be practical to seperate bits out (and edit them) for individual releases.
