uploading problems

I am having all kinds of uploading problems as of the past few weeks. Now I can't upload and install plugins using the plugin manager. I get "No file uploaded and no local file found." I have to FTP the file to the xml folder then run it for the install to work.

I can't upload avatars or profile images anymore either, and I am uploading files that are well under the size requirements set.

Can somebody tell me why I can no longer upload using vbulletin?

You should disable all your plugins and see if the problem persists. Also, make sure you haven't reached some storage limit on your server.
