Front Page Help

I've setup a front page for my forum,it works fine except when you click to enter my forum it opens up a new window for my forum,instead of entering my forum in the same window the frontpage is on.How do i make it so it stays in the same window?

make the link this way: <a href="yourLinkToForum" target="_self">forum</a>
the target="_self" is important!
