Beginner question: How do I change my title image?

I am a beginner at making changes to my forum, so please excuse my ignorance. How do I change my title image?
I can see where I specify the image path in the forum manager, but how do I move the image file to this location?

You can make an image on your local computer, name it the same name as the one in the server folder. Then FTP it the same way you did the install of VB. Drop the logo into the same spot. It will ask if you want to overwrite the existing...YES.

I realize this is a VERY basic question, but how do I FTP it?

PS: Can you recommend any free FTP software?

If you are using IE7..go to the site and change the url to ftp:

http://mysite.com
to
ftp://mysite.com

Then under VIEW...you will see a FTP link.

RickyG & kiril_cvetkov: Thanks for all your help! I was able to change my image title successfully using FileZilla.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to get hyperlinks built into the image. Any suggestions?
