What I meant was, high-traffic vBulletin DEVELOPMENT (php/mysql/hacks/etc) FORUMS. I already know vbulletin.org.

And yes nexialys I know of google and search engines. But you would be suprised at the thousands of results for vbulletin development. :)

There are many - you best bet is Google. You will get biased results here.

Also a warning, if this turns into a self-promotion thread (which I ultimately see occuring) the thread will be closed.
